Boise Rentals (Mini Property Management, Inc.) has been in the rental property management business since 1978 managing single and multi-family rental properties throughout the Boise area including Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Nampa and Garden City. We specialize in customized management services to meet the varied needs of our owners.
We are not among the largest property management companies in the area, but have chosen to control our size to maintain close contact with both the owners we represent and the tenants occupying their properties.
Our mission is threefold. First is to maintain owner's properties at a level that meets or exceeds their expectations. Second is to find well qualified tenants to occupy these properties. We consider well qualified tenants to be those who meet their financial obligations in a timely manner and are considerate of others living in their neighborhood. Third is to process financial transactions quickly, accurately and in accordance with the owner's wishes.
We understand that communication with both owners and tenants is vital to our mission. We are constantly striving to attain better, more effective levels of communication.
